I had really great time here.
The rooms turned out to be exceptional and neat with a balcony, fresh bedding plus a large wardrobes. The food at the cafe was great. The location was great and incredible for my stay, 500 metres from Placa del Castell. The staff were pleasant, accommodating.

The location (a stone's throw from shops and beaches) was ideal for us. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. We were there for our wedding anniversary and had a lovely time. We will be back! We enjoyed having our own little lounge and kitchen area.
One of the beds in our room was not comfortable. The car parking was far enough away to be an irritation. We were surprised that we were expected to pay to rent a kettle!

Chur, this place had a clean apartment right on the beach, perfect for exploring. But man, the sofa was pretty uncomfortable, and no real view were good.

A wonderful location in the heart of Benidorm, immediately adjacent to the old town and beaches. A most convenient, quiet, clean and roomy apartment. I did not care that my room had no views. It was ideally located for me and the best thing was the helpfulness of its reception staff. I would stay again if I could regardless of whether or not I had views from my room. I must note that all the front apartments must enjoy lovely views.
No complaints from me, just my thanks and praise for running such a clean smart apartment.

I loved how clean the apartment was, and waking up just steps from the beach was very nice. The Old Town's charm was right at my doorstep, perfect for nightly explorations!

The apartments are equipped with a solid kitchen for self-catering. The rooms feature ample storage space for clothes and items. Comfortable beds that add to a good night's sleep.
Privacy is virtually nonexistent with windows across from other guests, forcing you to keep the blinds shut and lights on, leaving the rooms without natural daylight. The rooftop terrace is small and offers limited views unless you're standing, while the TV channels are disappointingly sparse, mostly stuck on a few news stations. Housekeeping only comes every three days, which isn't ideal for a longer stay, and the sofa bed takes up too much room when extended. I found the absence of a bath plug baffling, especially considering the reasons given.

The location was prime for easy access to the beach and the charming Old Town. Staff members were friendly. The apartment's lack of natural daylight created a somewhat gloomy atmosphere. Despite the space being clean and tidy, the absence of any real view impacted the overall feel was nice.

Perfect location and friendly vibes
Had a blast! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. Our room was clean and cozy. Enjoyed chilling at the bar/lounge area after a long day of exploring. Only a little noise from other guests at night, but it didn't ruin our trip. Can't wait to go back to this fab spot!

Great self-catering facilities with a fully equipped kitchen. Spacious apartments with comfortable beds and decent storage make settling in easy.
Privacy is a major issue. Windows face other guest rooms directly, leaving you with no choice but to keep the blinds closed. The rooftop terrace offers limited views unless you're standing up, as the walls obstruct lying down, and the TV selection is disappointingly sparse. Housekeeping only services rooms every three days, and the absence of a bath plug leads to awkward situations. Be ready to set up and use the sofa bed if you're three people, as the setup can take up most of the living space.

The apartment was spacious and impeccably clean with great self-catering facilities, and the friendly staff provided really good service. The rooftop solarium offered lovely views and was generally quiet. Some noise from other guests disturbed our peace at night.
